comprehensive strategy that includes a nationwide network of business assistance resources

We will use a variety of new MBDA technology tools designed to leverage the benefits of information technology to
assist the minority business community.

We will use the Minority Business Development Agency’s (MBDA) systems-integrated approach to effectively assist
minority businesses with growth and development.
Strategic Partners
The El Paso Minority Business Enterprise Center™ has five organizations to participate as Strategic Partners. The
Hispanic Chamber and each of its MBEC partners will bring a valuable service to MBEs in El Paso and along the border.
